1. Designed and debugged PLC projects Burner Management Systems for 2X135MW 1# and 2# generating sets of Zhenjiang Power Plant. The control system is GE Fanuc PLC(Field Control & 90-30) and SCADA is GE’s Cimplicity software. It used Ethernet (TCP/IP) and Genius networks. The PLCs and networks were Hot Backup Redundant systems. The PLC’s data were written to ACCESS DATABASE. This system used special card 90-30-PCM to communicate with Foxboro DCS I/A Series (UNIX system). One project is over 500 points I/O.
2. Two Projects------Designed and debugged the FSSS system – Furnace Safeguard and Supervise System used for 2X50MW 1# and 2# generating sets of Xijiang Power Plant. The HMI was DIGITAL’s GP570 panelview. One project is over 500 points I/O
3. One Project------Designed and debugged PLC project used for 1X200MW 6# generating sets of Douhe Power Plant with AB PLC5-30 PLCs and Cimplicity HMI software. The protocol between the two processors, the computer and PLC was DH+. The project is over 500 points I/O. The Human machine interface software is GE’cimplicity HMI
